On the occasion of Dussehra 11th oct 1978, the hospital was started with 6 beds, OT, Labor Room in Chinchwade Building, Gandhi Peth, Chinchwad.

In 1983, we constructed a new hospital with 30 beds and a separate OT & Labor Room.

Expansion of the Hospital with 5 special rooms and ICU with 6 beds & a step down recovery room.

Formed Kamat Medical Foundation & Research Center for social & educational activities.

The facility started its post graduate teaching programme.

The hospital was shifted to new premises opposite the old building.

Pimpri Nursing School for GNM was started in the old building. The nursing school is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council & Maharashtra Nursing Council. The intake of students per year is 30.
